The Medicine of Support: A Kontomble Ritual

The Medicine of Support: A Kontomble Ritual

"I do believe that coming together in community to support each other, truly, is needed now more than ever."  ~ Liv Wheeler

Coming together as healers or simply as people who truly care for one another is more vital than ever before. This culture has an affinity for gripping us, for having us feel that scarcity of love is real. I believe that the anecdote or the balm for that wound is support, authentic care.

What's possible when we enter into this space together as community?  What's possible when we enter into this space as community, held by the otherworld?

The Kontomble, like the many nations of the ‘little people’ around the world, have never forgotten the importance of profound love or the true essence of support. They have been known as the Shining Ones, the Kontomble, the Menehune, the Huldufolk, the Patu-pai-arehe, and the first humans. These beings have generously carried tradition, art, music, medicine, and memory across the ages. They have always supported humanity. We will come together to sit with Kontomble in ceremony to heed their wisdom, their knowing of support. We will come together to share our medicines with one another, the medicine innate in each of us. We will come together to honor the Otherworld, and to feel the medicine of support once more.
